Martial Arts weapons: Aikuchi Dagger

Traditional martial arts weapons come in a different range from iron claws and meteor hammers to deer antler blades and emcee needles. Ancient Martial Arts weapons range greatly in shape and design, yet all are shape enough to make you injure. In the hands of a skilled assassin, even the humble chopsticks can become savage weapons. Many such examples, you must have in martial arts movies.

Brutal metal-link whips, miniature swords disguised as tobacco pipes, fans edges with razor-sharp blades and poison-tipped arrows are all lethal in their own right but pale in comparison with an almost mystical weapon of decapitation.

Aikuchi Dagger:
The aikuchi is one of the smallest Japanese short swords which are used without a tsuba which serves as its guards. It is mainly used in Tokugawa period from 15th century in Japan. Because of its short blade, the Aikuchi and Tanto are more commonly referred to as a dagger. This weapon was often paired with the Katana and Wakizashi.
