Martial Arts Forms from Japan!


Japanese Specialties:

Karate
• Applies defensive and aggressive moves
• The base of this art form is to build strength and endurance
• Includes chops, punches, kicks, strikes, blocking and sparring
• You may need to use martial art weapons

Jujitsu
• the procedure again uses defensive and aggressive moves
• It involves a lot of sparring
• It includes a fair amount of weapons training

Aikido
• the process includes a more “spiritual" and harmonious style for redirecting the attacker’s aggression in the form of defense, using throws, pins, rolls etc.
• The process is based on disabling the energies of the attacker by your inner energy
• The process doesn’t involve anything sparring or competitions

Judo
• In this process gentle and wrestling-like movements are used
• One of the safest martial art forms
• Requires both physical as well as mental control
• Engages in competitions
